  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We usually process order requests on the same day.
If you want to make a last-minute change and your order has already been processed, or if you want to report an issue, please write to info@pitagora.es, and we will assist you without obligation.

 

  • I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM?

Once an order has been placed, no more items can be added to the cart. Please place a new order for the new item and contact us. We will be happy to arrange a new shipment with all items. It will be shipped within 24 hours of the original order.

  • HOW DO DISCOUNT COUPONS WORK?

Discount coupons must be applied in the cart before making the purchase. Once the order has been placed and paid for, we no longer apply discounts or refund the discount amount of the coupon. You can save it for your next purchase 😛

 

  • I AM UNSURE ABOUT ONE OR SOME CLOTHING DIMENSIONS.

If you have any doubts about the dimensions of our designs, you can send an email to info@pitagora.es specifying the items you are interested in, and we will reply as soon as possible to verify your size or dimensions.

 

  • CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE ITEMS I HAVE PURCHASED?

All items sold at PITAGORA can be returned or exchanged, provided they are managed in accordance with the parameters of the exchange and return policy specified on this website. You will find all information regarding exchanges and returns  here.

 

  • HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

Once we have received your package, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified by email (to the address provided in the order) when this operation is carried out.
Please note that depending on your banking institution, processing and sending the transaction to your account, once they have received the order, may require additional days.

 

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on merchandise availability. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

  • WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as you complete your order, you will receive an email confirmation at the email address you provided in the request. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it is not in the spam folder, please send an email to info@pitagora.es. We will personally make sure to send you the confirmation as soon as possible.

 

  • WHY IS MY ORDER CANCELED?

Due to an unforeseen event, the desired item may be out of stock. These cases are very sporadic. However, if any item in the requested order becomes available again, we will contact you within 24-48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will be shipped, and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

 

  • I LOVE PITAGORA. CAN I BE A DISTRIBUTOR?
